By booking a session with Art Friends you agree to the following terms.

Services

Art Friends provides in-home creative sessions and companion visits for seniors in Mint Hill, NC and surrounding communities. All sessions are subject to availability and require a minimum of one week advance booking.

Booking and Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable when custom supplies have been ordered specifically for your session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that senior health can be unpredictable. Cancellations made with at least 24-48 hours notice will be accommodated with rescheduling options wherever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session deposit. Medical emergencies are handled with flexibility and compassion at our discretion.

Session Conditions

To ensure a safe and productive session, clients agree to: provide a clear, adequately lit workspace suitable for two people; secure all pets during the session; disclose relevant physical, cognitive, or medical considerations during the intake process; have a caregiver or family member present for guests with moderate to advanced cognitive decline.

Art Friends reserves the right to cancel a session and retain the deposit if conditions upon arrival are unsafe, unsuitable, or materially different from what was disclosed at booking.

Not a Clinical Service

Art Friends sessions are not clinical, therapeutic, or medical services. We are not art therapists, caregivers, or medical professionals. Art Friends is not a substitute for licensed care or clinical art therapy.

Limitation of Liability

Art Friends is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from session participation beyond what is required by applicable North Carolina law.
