Ordering a custom Art Friends gift basket is simple. Here's how it works:
Get in touch. Use our contact form or email hello@seniorartfriends.com to let us know you're interested in a gift basket. We'll send over a short order form right away.
Tell us about the recipient. The order form asks about the recipient's interests, preferred theme or medium, any physical considerations such as limited hand mobility or low vision, and your budget. The more you tell us, the better we can tailor the basket.
We confirm and you pay. Once we've reviewed your order form we'll confirm availability and send a payment link. Custom baskets must be paid in full before sourcing begins, as every basket is assembled specifically for its recipient.
We source, assemble, and deliver. Once payment is confirmed we get to work sourcing your items, assembling the basket, and arranging delivery or pickup. Please allow up to two weeks from payment confirmation for sourcing, assembly, and delivery.

Every item in an Art Friends gift basket is personally selected, quality checked, and approved by an experienced artist. We don't browse wholesale catalogs or bulk order generic sets. We choose from brands and materials we know perform well, feel good to use, and are worth giving.
When possible we source from small and independent retailers, artists, and makers rather than mass market suppliers. You won't find filler items, cheap substitutes, or quantity-over-quality padding in an Art Friends basket.
We also have a strict no-AI policy for coloring books, puzzle art, and craft patterns. Every coloring book and illustrated activity we include is verified as human-made work from independent artists and illustrators. For creative people who care about supporting human artists, that matters.
Special requests are always welcome. If your recipient has a favorite brand, a specific medium they've been wanting to try, a beloved illustrator whose coloring books they'd love, or a particular theme they're passionate about, tell us on the order form and we'll do our best to accommodate it. The goal of every basket is to feel like it was made specifically for that person because it was.
